UCE17

UCE17

The UCE17 Novallele Genotyping Assay is designed to function as a positive control for high-resolution melting (HRM) analysis and will generate a single melt peak that is consistent across all human samples. An ultraconserved element (UCE) is a region of at least 200 base pairs that are identical across human, rat, and mouse genomes. UCE detection is commonly used to establish evolutionary relationships among taxa.
